This role sits at the intersection of engineering depth, commercial instinct and client trust, and it demands someone who is comfortable in all three and passionate about taking on a technical leadership role.
WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO
- Lead technical discovery and architecture conversations directly with client CTOs, heads of engineering and transformation directors at PE-backed businesses, private equity firms, banks, insurers and FinTechs.
- Own the technical narrative in the pre-sales journey - shaping proposals, scoping delivery models and grounding commercial conversations in engineering reality.
- Provide on-site technical leadership across live engagements, bridging between G&F delivery teams and client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with our G&F leads and engineers to shape how we embed agentic AI, LLMs and modern tooling into client workflows and product roadmaps.
- Work alongside our Engagement and Project Delivery leads and senior advisors to translate technical possibility into business value.
- Act as a credible, trusted voice in rooms where technical and commercial decisions are made simultaneously.
- Provide thought leadership and G&F representation at conferences, meetups and technical community events.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven senior engineering and technical background - you have built and shipped at scale.
- Deep familiarity with the modern AI/ML stack and how it applies to enterprise environments.
- Experience in consulting, pre-sales, or client-facing technical leadership - you know how to read a room.
- Comfort operating in financial services or regulated industries with track record delivering tech strategies at high pedigree technology businesses.
- Strong commercial mindset that is able to support the business with revenue creation and high-growth opportunities.
