Technical Engagement Manager

The Technical Engagement Manager will bridge the gap between technical delivery and commercial confidence. They will ensure solutions are well-architected, clearly scoped and realistically deliverable. This role plays a critical part in pre-sales, shaping how we solve client problems and how we price and position that work. Credibility with engineers and clients is essential.

Key focus areas

  • Lead solution design across discovery, pre-sales and delivery phases
  • Translate client problems into clear, executable technical approaches
  • Support sales teams with technical assurance and delivery planning
  • Own delivery outcomes, risks and technical quality across engagements
