The Role

As a Talent Associate, you will support live, high-impact deployments across Gathered & Found's portfolio. You'll work closely with Talent Consultants to build and deliver squads, mapping markets and identifying top-tier talent. You will engage senior engineers, product leaders, and delivery specialists while contributing to how we continuously improve our sourcing strategy. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn in a high-quality, delivery-focused environment.
