The Internal Recruiter plays a critical role in scaling our internal capability and growth at pace. They own the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract high-quality, values-aligned talent into Gathered & Found. This role requires pace, judgement and strong stakeholder management. Success is measured by quality of hire, speed and candidate experience.

Key focus areas

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across consulting and delivery roles
  • Partner closely with Delivery and Engagement leaders on hiring needs
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
  • Ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience
