G&F is growing fast, and we are looking for someone who can find the right opportunities before they become obvious to everyone else. This is a commercial development and growth role for someone who understands that in a market as relationship-driven as ours, quality always beats volume - and that the best sales and relationship activity is organic and genuine.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO

  • Identify, research, and qualify high-potential prospects across PE-backed businesses, insurance and FinTech - building a pipeline that is strategic, not speculative.
  • Own outreach journey from first contact to landing new partners - crafting personalised, well-researched communication that earns attention at senior levels.
  • Work closely with our founders and commercial leadership to develop account-based strategies for priority targets, including sector-wide ICP mapping.
  • Support the full business development process -from market intelligence and competitor analysis through to meeting preparation and follow-through.
  • Develop and iterate G&F's outreach frameworks, content positioning and LinkedIn presence as an integrated part of the pipeline engine.
  • Track, analyse and report on pipeline health and conversion, with a clear eye on what is working and what is not.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience in aB2B business development, growth, or strategic sales role - ideally in technology, consulting, or professional services.
  • Strong research skills and the intellectual curiosity to understand a client's world deeply before making contact.
  • Excellent written and conversational communication skills - you create outreach that gets replies because it is relevant and well-crafted, not because it was sent at scale.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the initiative to build structure where there is none.
  • Some familiarity with the AI landscape and the language of digital transformation is a genuine advantage.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and genuine communities within our ICP and markets.
  • Proven experience in scaling Growth and Sales functions at high-performing consultancies or professional services businesses within technology.
