Engagement Managers sit at the centre of client delivery and consultant experience. They are responsible for overseeing portfolios of engagements, ensuring work is delivered smoothly and sustainably. This role blends operational discipline with people leadership and commercial awareness. The Engagement Manager ensures our clients feel supported and our teams feel safe and set up for success.

Key focus areas:

• Own day-to-day oversight of multiple client engagements
• Act as the ownership point for delivery, resourcing and client requests
• Protect delivery quality, value creation and team wellbeing
• Identify opportunties for growth in partnership with Client Partners and Account Manager
