WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO
- Own the day-to-day and strategic health of G&F client engagements across our client portfolio
- Serve as the primary relationship contact for senior client stakeholders - directors, VPs, and C-suite - often navigating ambiguity, competing priorities and tight timelines simultaneously.
- Translate business requirements and transformation goals into clear delivery frameworks, working closely with our technical and project support teams.
- Manage commercial milestones, statements of work and scope conversations with confidence and integrity
- Spot expansion opportunities organically - this is not a sales role, but the best Engagement Leads are naturally growth-minded and providing additional value to our partners.
- Contribute to how G&F evolves its delivery practice, sharing patterns and lessons across engagements.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Background in management consulting, technology delivery, or a client-facing programme leadership role.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across complex, multi-workstream programmes.
- Strong commercial instinct - you understand contracts, margins and scope.
- Genuine interest in how AI is reshaping industries, particularly financial services.
- A track record of clients who trust you and ask for you back.
