Account Manager

Account Managers focus on nurturing and growing existing client relationships. They ensure we remain valuable, visible and proactive within accounts, spotting opportunities before they are formally articulated. This role is less about closing cold deals and more about intelligent growth of our partnerships, wherever it makes most sense for our clients. Strong Account Managers create momentum through consistency, delivery and trust.

Key focus areas

  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Support renewals, extensions and incremental scope growth
  • Coordinate with Growth Consultants and Client Partners on account strategy
