Women in Tech Roundtable

On March 20th, we hosted the very first Gathered & Found Women’s Circle—a roundtable event dedicated to sparking meaningful conversations among women in technology. Held at Eight Club in Moorgate, the afternoon brought together twelve incredibly talented women from across the tech space, and we couldn’t have been more thrilled with the energy in the room.
With the sun beaming down, the group kicked off with relaxed introductions on the terrace. Pippa Bradley-Dixon, Senior Client Partner at Gathered & Found, led the session, diving into thoughtful discussion on the role of women in tech, how this year’s International Women’s Day theme landed, and most importantly, what action we can take to drive change.
G&F Co-Founders Adam Kinder and Tom Callaghan also joined the circle to show their support, listen in, and learn from the powerful perspectives shared.
As the group enjoyed a delicious three-course lunch, the conversation flowed, from professional experiences to shared ambitions, and it was clear this was the start of something special. Connections were made, ideas sparked, and a shared sense of community began to grow.
