The start of 2025 has been nothing short of energising for Team G&F - full of momentum, milestones...and lots of fun amidst the hard work too!
We began the year with a team strategy session, bringing our core team together to discuss the months ahead, our goals for 2025 and how we're going to get there. Of course, we ate a delicious brunch whilst this happened because we love our food.
Only a few days into 2025, we launched our Leaders & Founders podcast YouTube channel. This was a huge milestone for us, as the previous 4 years of podcast episodes have historically been audio only. This new way of filming our podcast allows us to connect directly with our incredible guests, capture the emotions and laughter in person, and reach new audiences with exclusive content. We can't wait to see where this channel goes, and if you're not following us yet, then why not?!
February brought about our first ever brand shoot - something exceptionally new for most of the team. Our new brand videos help to tell the story of Gathered & Found, give great insight into our co-founders inspiration for the business, and also let viewers see who the real Team G&F are! If you haven't seen them yet, check them out on our About Us page.
To coincide with International Women's Day, we hosted our first Women in Tech Roundtable event, headed up by Client Partner, Pippa Bradley-Dixon. It was a privilege to have 12 successful and inspirational women for lunch whilst we discussed many of the challenges females still face within the tech industry. We're already excited for our next event.
Our consultant network continues to grow (and they're an awesome bunch!), and despite most of them working fully remotely, we wanted to send them a little something to make sure they know how imperative they are to the success of G&F. Enter 'Operation Carebox' - a handcrafted personalised box of G&F goodies sent directly our consultants around the UK & Europe. It's the least we could do to say thank you!
As G&F grows, so does our team, and we were thrilled to welcome two new faces to the G&F crew! February saw Evan Pearce join us as Talent Associate, supporting our talent team with key hires within our consultant network. We also welcomed Reanie Smalley in the new role of Engagement Associate, supporting the operations and delivery side of the business and working closely with our clients.
We're expecting more growth in 2025 so make sure to keep your eyes peeled on our vacancies page for all open opportunities!
We successfully delivered several large scale deployments with key clients, including AXA Health, Blacklane and Freemarket. Notable achievements include:
Along with the launch of our new YouTube channel, Leaders & Founders continues to go from strength to strength, with new guests including author Jeremy Burns, fintech superstar Leda Glyptis, Pinterest UK Managing Director - Beth Horn, and more. Our aim is to inspire and educate, and with the help of our incredible guests, we're doing just that.
Our main milestone of Q1 was celebrating Gathered & Found's 5th birthday. Cake? Tick. Champagne? Tick. Happy co-founders? Double tick! From a new business being born a few days shy of the first lockdown in 2020, to upsizing the offices twice and hiring a team of permanent staff and consultants, G&F continues to grow and we can't wait to see what happens in the next 5 years!
Testimonials
Gathered & Found were able to deliver a great, experienced, culturally right fit for what we were looking for at FreeMarketFX covering a whole range of Service Design, User Experience, Front and Back end Engineers. This enabled us to scale our team capability very quickly, something we would not have been able to do ourselves. The team supplied were heavily motivated and experienced within the Fintech space and have helped deliver some great outcomes. I would definitely recommend the G&F calibration.

I’ve been partnering with Gathered & Found while working for several companies now and I have systematically been impressed by their responsiveness, flexibility, overall ease to work with, forward thinking and the consistent level of their engineers and consultants. It has been a real pleasure working with them over the last years.
